In celebration of Mental Health Week, Townsville Private Clinic would like to invite past and present Townsville Private Clinic artists to participate in the 2021 Mental Health Week 'Take Time' Art Show.
The art show will be held on this page from Sunday 10th October to Friday 22nd October.
Artists are asked to provide a hi-resolution, scanned artwork inspired by the theme.
Two People's Choice Awards will be awarded in the following categories:
- 2021 Mental Health Art Show (open to past and current patients of Townsville Private Clinic)
- Local School clockwork art submissions (submitted from local schools)
Categories and prizes include:
- People's Choice - (Townsville Private Clinic past and current patients) $300
- People's Choice- ( Local Schools clockwork art submissions) $300
Voting for the People's Choice Award will be open for the duration of the online show, with the winner being announced via our social pages on Monday 25th October.

Terms and conditions:
Artwork must be original and the property of the entrant.
Hi-resolution, scanned artwork must be emailed to [email protected] between Monday 20th September and 5pm Wednesday 6th October.
Entries received after this time will not be exhibited in the art show.
Entrants are permitted to submit a maximum of 2 original pieces.
Winners will be announced at 10am on Monday 25 October via Facebook and notified by phone and email.
Images of the artwork may also be used in future Townsville Private Clinic promotional items and social media.
Artwork must be accompanied by entry information including:
- Entrant's name,
- Entrant's phone,
- Hospital name,
- Artwork name; and
- A short paragraph about the artwork and the inspiration linking to the theme of 'take time.'
