It is also useful if you are unsure of your creative abilities, but interested in trying structured art projects to experience creative self-expression for personal development, and to experience emotional and psychological issues.
Our Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) program is for patients who suffer from depression, anxiety or stress. This program helps you identify, understand and change unhelpful patterns of thinking which may negatively affect your life.
We offer this as a day program once a week for 8 weeks.
