Dr Arman Fahmi

Dr Fahmi is a dedicated and compassionate Consultant Psychiatrist with extensive experience in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of complex mental health conditions across both inpatient and community settings. With a strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-centred care, Dr. Fahmi has over 4 years experience works collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive, individualised treatment that supports long-term recovery and wellbeing.

His primary areas of expertise are Adult Psychiatry and Addiction Psychiatry, where he has developed significant experience managing a broad range of psychiatric disorders, including mood disorders, psychosis, anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, personality disorders, and substance use disorders. He is passionate about helping individuals achieve meaningful recovery through holistic care that addresses both mental health and addiction.

Dr Fahmi has completed five years of specialist psychiatry training, including more than two years in General Adult Psychiatry, six months in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and six months in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry, fulfilling the clinical training requirements for Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) registration.
